In the middle of the move!

As of Saturday, we have officially moved!
We are loving it there. I am sitting on
the floor of my Sedona house to type
this. :0) I am dying without my blogging
capabilities! I'll try to get it up and running
ASAP! So far, I miss this kitchen, my
flooring, and my paved road, but....
WE LOVE THE POOL, the dog is
loving living on an acre, & the bedrooms
are all looking fantastic at the new house.
I'll post pics ASAP. One more blessing came
our way! We were able to rent this house out
within 3 days on Craigslist. I didn't even put up signs
out front and it rented. The people are great and I
am really excited. More pictures soon, I hope!
Bye, for now!

We're moving!!!

If you aren't on Facebook,
then this is a surprise!
We got a great deal on this
house in Clarkdale, Arizona
(about 45 min. away).
We're renting it since we
still have our Sedona house.
You can't tell from the
picture, but the house
has amazing views of Sedona.
This is the best part!!! Everybody
is sooo excited about the pool!
I'll give more details on the move
another time. We're off to the movies.
Want to rent a really nice
Sedona home? I'm your girl! :0)

You know you have a teenager when....

....you spend hundreds of dollars on back
to school clothes and she chooses to wear
a plain, boring shirt on the first day at
a new school. I was giving her a hard time
and she said, "Mom, I just want to be ME."
I fold. She didn't need to say another word.
She won that one hands down!

Kindergarten, 5th, and 8th!

My house is empty, quiet, and lonely!
All 3 of my kids are in full-day school.
I can't lie....I've shed a tear or two, or
twenty. :'0( Ty is loving his kindergarten
teacher, Mrs. Shilling. He has been her big
helper & he wakes up with a HUGE smile
on his face every morning.
3 days in and still loving it!

Their new schools are 26 miles away, which

doesn't sound so bad. Unfortunately, the

speed limit never exceeds 50MPH and that

only last a few miles of it. It's a good thing we

like our car because we spend way too much time

in it. It takes us 45 minutes! YUCK!!!

I cannot believe we will be in HIGH SCHOOL

next year. Summer already thinks I'm old,

but that makes me feel old. :0(

House Swap!

This past weekend, we kicked my parents out
of their house to swap with the Stewarts.
Becky & Brad were also left homeless
for the cause. They went and enjoyed the
long weekend in Vegas at my in-laws as
we invaded their homes in Laguna Niguel.
They were good sports about it. After
all, my in-laws have a putting green in their
backyard...home much cooler can you get!?!
Jason's parents had 5 kids....
which means a lot of people!
Poor Heather had to handle all
4 of their kids alone since they had
been on the road for 2 weeks already
and Chris had to get back to work. :0(
Jason and I got to deal with the
death of my parents adorable dog
while we were dog sitting. It was a
traumatic ordeal, but he was 16, blind,
and deaf. I'd say he's better off now.
My mother-in-law kept us well
fed and entertained. I SCORED
in the in-law department for sure!
I am one lucky girl!!!
Bridget is Heather's youngest and the
baby of the whole family. We seriously
fight over her. She is the sweetest
little thing and I love when she asks
for her "Aunt Jen". It melts my heart.
We were so lucky this summer to get
to spend time at the cabin and the
beach with our cousins.
Maddie & Sydney are
the best of friends.
Not to confuse everyone, but this is
the 3 Jen's picture. My sister-in-law
(who is also Jennifer Stewart) is on
the right. Jen Rose, whom we will all
claim as our own friend, is in the middle.
The braceface on the left...you guessed it.
Me! All in all, it was sooo much fun,
but a little too short.
